Historical usage has been restored and usage reporting is now working in near real-time. We will send an email to customers who got impacted by automatic renewal within the next 24 hours.

The issue we experienced this morning was caused by a database corruption. A backup from early this morning has been used to restore data. Historical usage is aggregated internally but not yet displaying on the Ipregistry dashboard. We’re working on fixing it. We are sorry and apologize about what you experience. The API is working again from all locations. There is still an issue with usage reported in the dashboard but we are on it. Customers affected by automatic renewal will be contacted soon.
